The Fourth of July is a time for celebration, and no city celebrates the holiday quite like Longview, Texas. From fireworks to patriotic music, Longview knows what this holiday is all about. KYKX 105.7 will play patriotic music from the time the gates open at 11 a.m. until the end of the event.
Things To Do
Admission and parking for the festival are free to the public. The day of festivities includes amusement rides and free concerts. Food and beverages are available for purchase. Other attractions include a Patriotic Pup Fashion Show, Petting Zoo, and Car Show. It all takes place at the Maude Cobb Convention and Activity Complex. To close out the Fourth of July in Longview, attendees will be treated to the biggest fireworks show in all of East Texas. The free fireworks show starts at 9:30 p.m. and will end when the last firework ceases to glow.
