Kia Stinger’s Ad Campaign Earns Recognition
One of Kia’s latest additions to its lineup is the thrilling Kia Stinger. This sports sedan has been gaining attention, and not just for its exceptional good looks and performance. The Stinger’s ad campaign, called “Long Live Driving,” recently earned two design awards.
The Automotive Brand Contest recognized the digital spot with a “digital campaign” award for its impressive online reach with more than 55 million YouTube views and more than one million site visits. The Red Dot design competition also gave the ad the top spot in its “digital advertising” category.
“These award wins highlight the creativity that permeates through the Kia brand and its partner agencies. The Kia Stinger has already won a host of awards for its design and engineering, so we’re delighted to have produced an effective digital launch campaign that promotes the qualities and spirit of this stunning car,” said Artur Martins, vice president marketing and product planning Kia Motors Europe.
The Long Live Driving campaign was focused towards the Stinger’s launch in Europe. It included several short films that featured key European locations like Spain’s La Tomatina festival, cliff-diving in Scotland, and night club dancing in Berlin.
The Stinger shows off the ever-evolving Kia brand. It is available in the U.S. in five trim levels with a maximum engine output of 365 horsepower.
